Our cellar door is nice and cool this summer!
This original part of our tasting room was built back in 1928 by Harry Follett as a hay and implement shed. Harry had returned from World War 1, completed some further study at Leeds University in the UK, married and built the farm buildings and 'Bernoota' homestead for his new bride.
In 1991 after some initial renovations it became home to our Lake Breeze Wines cellar door. This space has gradually evolved over the years, with our contempary eating area and kitchen built in 2013. More recently, our beautiful function space, The Barrel Room, was completed in October 2020 and has been an amazing addition to our thriving wine business.
