Jane Faulkner is reviewing our region for this years Halliday 2026 Wine Companion. She's already published a few of our results and we're tickled pink with these great reviews below.
Jane has summed up our Moscato perfectly, as the misconception can be that it is very sweet - it's not. She's written; "... just the right amount of sweetness – not too much – perfect."
2024 Moscato 95 pts
"I get all giggly when I drink moscato. It’s cheery, fun, fruity and floral. It has to be good though. This is made from white frontignac so it’s spot on with varietal flavours: lemon verbena, lemon-lime sorbet, lemon barley water, a bit of a citrus theme going on, some fresh mint, too. It’s refreshing, cooling and has just the right amount of sweetness – not too much – perfect."

2024 Pecorino 93 pts
"It’s as perky and refreshing as a spring morning with flavours of lemon daiquiri – salty, citrusy, briny and tangy. There’s a slip of texture, a slip of sweetness, although plenty of lively acidity keeping this upbeat and juicy. Plenty to enjoy here folks as it’s satisfying to the last drop."
2024 Vermentino 91 pts
"Bright, light and breezy. Full of summer days and lemony accents, wafts of blossom and ginger flower and dried herbs. The palate is tight, super fresh with a hint of creamy texture just bolstering the saline-like, crisp and ultra-refreshing acidity. Delicious."
